Production manager for NARS's Afterglow collection launch trip, a three-day international creator and media activation in Puglia, Italy, spanning a welcome dinner, beach club day, poolside artistry workshop, and closing "Glow Dinner." Hired by Public Occurrences, with scenography and set design by Studio Volca. Managed all back-of-house production: hired and oversaw local crew and production assistants, coordinated trucking and vendor logistics, and liaised daily with local suppliers on last-minute needs. Served as the on-the-ground link between departments, including the technical and lighting teams, ensuring builds and installs matched technical renders, and managed crew catering and scheduling throughout.
