    Marcolin  

    Summer Buying Days

    Full-scale event production and creative direction for Marcolin's North America sales team buying event, a four-day program at Pelican Hill bringing their national sales team together for meetings, brand presentations, and hospitality. Led overall creative concept and theming for the event, plus roughly two months of pre-production ahead of execution. 

    Scope included:

    • Floral design, table setting curation, and art direction
    • Talent booking and scheduling for entertainers, dancers, a jazz band, and caricature painters
    • Interactive programming, including guided yoga classes and other guest activities
    • Custom fabrication of brand display builds for Marcolin and Guess
    • Creative direction with a team of designers on menus and collateral
    • Curated, chef-collaborated dinners at multiple off-site restaurants along the Newport Coast
    • A guided Duffy boat excursion along the Balboa coastline
    • On-site production team management across all four days, plus pre-production, photography, video, and post
    • Vendor and artist contracting and invoicing, start to finish.
