    VEJA x Magliano  
    Full-scope production for a month-long retail activation bridging VEJA x Magliano across three touchpoints — an exterior window takeover, vinyl gallery, and in-store hero display. Managed the project end-to-end: sourced and directed fabrication, coordinated daily with VEJA's Paris-based team across time zones to translate evolving creative direction from two brand partners in real time, and held budget, timeline, and install logistics together through a compressed two-week production window. Coordinated directly with the venue's visual team on strike and access logistics to ensure a seamless studio-to-storefront handoff.
